Senior Product Designer (f/m/d)

Your Role

  • Feature Review and Enhancement: Analyse existing features based on user requirements and generate ideas for possible solutions that align with our product vision
  • UI/UX Optimization: Fine-tune mockups and build feature prototypes for our responsive desktop-app in Figma that can be used for user testing and as input for implementation
  • Style Guide Development:Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive style guide and UI kit in Figma, ensuring consistency across all design elements
  • Wireframing New Ideas: Transform new business propositions into wireframes and mockups, allowing for early-stage feedback from users and stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with our product team and engineers to ensure design feasibility, iterating on concepts based on technical insights and user feedback

Your Profile

  • You have 8 years of UX/UI design experience with multiple projects, encompassing both redesigns and the creation of new product concepts
  • Strong design skills, proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience with reporting/data apps and process-heavy e-commerce applications, ideally with both B2C and B2B products
  • You are detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to user-centred design
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • We can offer the following options in terms of employment type: Permanent employee - 35 + hours per week OR Contract employee where you have availability to work with us for 3 days per week (20-25hrs) for a minimum of 1 year
