UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)

GOhiring is the leading software company for automated job posting and recruiting analytics. With our tool, recruiters can manage the entire job posting process in one place – from data-driven multiposting campaigns to in-depth analysis along the candidate journey. We help recruiters make the most out of their online job postings.

Your Role

  • Feature Review and Enhancement:Analyse existing features based on user requirements and generate ideas for possible solutions that align with our product vision
  • UI/UX Optimization: Fine-tune mockups and build feature prototypes for our responsive desktop-app in Figma that can be used for user testing and as input for implementation
  • Style Guide Development:Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive style guide and UI kit in Figma, ensuring consistency across all design elements
  • Wireframing New Ideas: Transform new business propositions into wireframes and mockups, allowing for early-stage feedback from users and stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with our product team and engineers to ensure design feasibility, iterating on concepts based on technical insights and user feedback

Your Profile

  • You have 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with multiple projects, encompassing both redesigns and the creation of new product concepts
  • Strong design skills, proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience with reporting/data apps and process-heavy e-commerce applications, ideally with both B2C and B2B products
  • You are detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to user-centred design
  • Fluent in English.
  • You are looking for a long-term collaboration (min. 1 year) and have availability to work with us for three days per week (20-25 hours)
