Data Analyst (f/m/d)

Your role

  • Turning data into impact: You will develop insightful analyses, dashboards, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bringing clarity to complexity: You’ll visualise and analyse HR data using Power BI and ensure clear communication through compelling dashboards.
  • Automation is your ally: You’ll automate reports and data transformations using Airflow to keep things running smoothly.
  • Shaping our infrastructure: You’ll define requirements for data pipelines and contribute to scaling our analytics setup.
  • Growing with your role: You’ll play a key part in rolling out analytics dashboards and continuously improve them based on user needs.

Your profile

  • Education: BSc or MSc in a data-related field or statistics
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar data-focused role
  • Tech skills: Strong in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling; hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards; comfortable using Python for scripting or automation
  • Tools: Familiar with data visualization and orchestration tools, ideally Airflow
  • Nice to have: Experience with embedded Power BI solutions and capacity planning
  • Mindset: Curious and proactive – you ask questions and dig into challenges to find smart solutions
  • Work style: Detail-oriented, quality-driven and motivated to grow
  • Language: Fluent in English
