Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Role

  • Be the voice of our customers: As a key member of our service team, you shape the customer experience from the very first interaction. You’re the go-to person who makes sure every request is handled quickly, thoughtfully, and with care.
  • Solve challenges with ease: Through our ticketing system (Zendesk) and occasional customer calls, you guide complex issues to clear solutions.
  • Collaborate to excel: You share tricky cases with your teammates in daily service catch-ups and work closely with colleagues from other GOhiring teams and partners to find the best possible outcomes.
  • Keep things running smoothly: From managing orders and maintaining customer data to conducting analyses, you make sure everything is in order behind the scenes.
  • Enjoy variety every day: One day you’re writing articles for our Help Center or reports, the next you’re in discussions with job boards or supporting campaign management—no two days are alike.
  • Drive improvement: You spot opportunities for optimization and automation, partnering with Sales, Product, and Finance to continuously enhance our services.

Your Profile

  • You’re confident in both German (native/bilingual) and English (business fluent).
  • You bring a completed university degree and first professional experience in a customer-facing or operational role, preferably within a digital B2B environment or with complex products.
  • You thrive on helping others and communicating clearly comes naturally to you, whether it’s via email, phone, or video.
  • Staying organized in fast-paced situations is second nature to you.
